1.1 You have the right to cancel this contract in the period between placing your order and receipt of the goods.

1.3 Your right to cancel does not apply to any goods that have been in any way personalised, customised, or made-to-order (for example, a piece of luggage which has been engraved at your request). 1.5 To meet the cancellation deadline, you must tell us that you would like to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

1.6 The Cancellation Form (below) includes instructions on how to return your goods to us – please follow these instructions to help us process your cancellation.

2.1 If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the full costs of delivery (if delivery charges were originally paid by you).

2.2 If you have received goods:

(a) You are obliged to return any goods without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days after receiving the goods (or the last of the goods, if your order comprised multiple goods).

(c) Please return the goods with the cancellation form (by post or by hand) to Victorinox Store London, 388 Oxford Street, W1C 1JT, London, United Kingdom. If you wish to return by post, please contact our London store on 0207 647 9070 (dial option 2) to let us know, and we can assist with arranging this. If posting goods back to us, we always recommend that you obtain proof of postage and pack the item(s) securely.
