My CheckSmart Luggage Tracker did not notify me when I landed. What should I do?
There are several potential causes:
1. Your luggage may still be at the original airport. Login to the CheckSmart website and check the last known location of your luggage. If the location has not changed, advise the baggage claim service to check whether or not your luggage has left the airport. Contact your carrier to retrieve your luggage.
2. Your luggage may have been placed on a different flight. You will then be notified once your luggage lands of the location. Contact your carrier to retrieve your luggage.
3. The batteries may have expired during the flight. We recommended that you change the batteries on a regular basis and monitor the battery levels.
