For issues with your Swiss Army Knife or Flash Collection product, please click here, print and fill out the Swiss Army Knife Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your Swiss Army Knife to the address below.

Please note: The warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of the implements (including repairs or alterations other than by our Authorized Service Center). 

Please include a check or money order in the amount of $5.00 (US Dollars) per item, payable to Victorinox Swiss Army to cover the cost of return shipping and handling.  Please do not send cash.
