CUTLERY REPAIR

Our North American offices located in Monroe, Connecticut and Vaughan, Ontario are the only authorized service centers for all Swiss Army Knife products.

To request a repair, please click here to print and complete the Repair Request Form and mail it with your product and payment to the address below. 

Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any of cutlery products (including repairs or alterations made by anyone other than one of our Authorized Service Centers).

Please include a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 (U.S. dollars) payable to Victorinox Swiss Army for shipping and handling on your repaired product.

Please put safety first when packaging your cutlery item for shipping.  Please package items securely in a sealed box thick enough so that any blades or tip cannot break through the box during shipping.
