Thank you for your recent Victorinox Swiss Army purchase. We are 100% dedicated to your satisfaction. If you find that your order does not meet your needs, you may return your unused item within 30 days of your order date for a full refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping.

Your credit card will be credited once the product is received and processed at our return center. All products received must be unused and shipped back in the original boxes when possible. All paperwork, parts and accessories must be included to receive credit.

Customers are responsible for shipping returns using their preferred shipping method. It is highly recommended that a traceable shipping method is used. Shipping charges will not be refunded with the exception of orders that were a result of a manufacture defect or shipping error. Return orders for Travel Gear products due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error must be returned within 10 days of your order date to receive a refund on the return shipping costs

If you are returning a Travel Gear product that qualified you for a free gift and you will no longer meet the minimum requirements of the promotion as a result of the credit associated with your return, you must also return the free gift to receive a refund.

Items purchased on swissarmy.com cannot be returned to a Victorinox Swiss Army retail store. Items purchased in a Victorinox Swiss Army retail store cannot be returned on swissarmy.com.

Please note that when placing an order which consists of multiple shipments (orders containing travel gear and fashion items along with all other Victorinox Swiss Army product categories), please await the receipt of all order shipping notifications prior to initiating a return request.

** Please note that Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. and Victorinox Travel Gear reserves the right to refuse issuance of a credit or refund at its discretion, due but not limited to absence of packaging, parts and accessories, non-completion or exclusion of the return authorization form, evidence of abuse of product after original shipping to customer, or if more than 30 days have passed since the original date of purchase.

How to return your swissarmy.com order

If you are a registered swissarmy.com user:

1.       Log in to your swissarmy.com account and click on Your Account.

2.       Select the tab labeled Order History.

3.       Locate the order that contains the product you would like to return and click on View Order Details.

4.       Click on the Return Items button on the Order Detail page.

5.       Fill out return form.

6.       Print two copies of the return authorization form, one to send with your shipment and one for your personal records.

7.       Package the product you are returning in the original box with all paperwork, parts and accessories and ship to the address indicated on the return authorization form. 

If you purchased your product as a Guest user:

1.       Under Customer Support, select the Returns page.

2.       Fill out return form.

3.       Print two copies of the return authorization form, one to send with your shipment and one for your personal records.

4.       Package the product you are returning in the original box with all paperwork, parts and accessories and ship to the address indicated on the return authorization form.
