Q. My zipper is broken, can it be repaired?
A. Please contact 800-442-2706 for our current turn-around time for repair services.  Please include your name, address, phone number and email address.  Please note that Victorinox Swiss Army reserves the right to refuse repair of the item, due but not limited to absence of original documentation or evidence of abuse of product.  Also, all garments must be cleaned prior to sending. Be sure to send by a traceable method such as FedEx, Insured/Registered Mail or UPS.
