To expedite the turnaround time for watch repairs, we recommend that you ship your repairs directly to the service center nearest you.

For issues with your timepiece please click here, print and fill out the Timepiece Repair Request Form and mail it to us along with your timepiece to the closest Victorinox Swiss Army service center, see list below.
