In celebration of the 125th anniversary of Victorinox, the Jubilee Edition of the Infantry Vintage chronograph will be available exclusively in 2009. This unique model is an extension of the Infantry Vintage collection from Victorinox Swiss Army presented in 2008, with its large 44 mm case, distinct 1940’s styling and olive dial color inspired by the U.S. Army Dodge trucks of World War II. As the story goes, these trucks were acquired by the Swiss Army at the end of the conflict in such large numbers that they were priced by the square kilometer!

The Infantry Vintage Jubilee Edition features unique attributes that set it apart from the regular collection. First and foremost, the screw-in caseback is engraved with Victorinox’s anniversary seal, “125 years, your companion for life”, together with the brand’s cross and shield logo. The dial features the indication “Jubilee Edition” as well as a distinctive cream-colored highlight of the 30-minute chronograph subdial and the telemeter scale.
