The product should be returned in its original packaging for a full refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping). Please be sure to include the original receipt/packing list, along with a printed version of this form completed in its entirety*.

*Please note that Victorinox Swiss Army, Inc. reserves the right to refuse issuance of a credit or refund at its discretion, due but not limited to absence of original documentation, non-completion or exclusion of this card in the return packaging, evidence of abuse of product after original shipping to customer, or if more than 30 days have passed since original product shipment date.
