How many lead refills are in each pencil? |

There are three lead refills which you can access by unscrewing the inner mechanism and removing the top of the inner pencil cartridge. Please refer to your owner's manual for more detail. -SA

How long is the warranty and what does it cover? |

Victorinox Swiss Army Inc. warrants its Victorinox Swiss Army Writing Instruments for a period of one year from the date of original purchase to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If any defects to workmanship or material should appear we will, at our option either repair or replace the writing instrument, without charge, within a reasonable time after the product is returned during the warranty period. While there is no charge for the repair of the product under warranty, a check in the amount of $7.50 payable to Victorinox Swiss Army Inc. must accompany the item to cover postage, handling, insurance and related costs. Please include your name, address,and phone number. -SA

Four coats of epoxy base resin have been applied to each instrument at an increased temperature for each coat resulting in an extremely high gloss finish. -SA
