Q. What is the warranty period for my Victorinox Swiss Army Travel Gear?
A. Victorinox Travel Gear offers two different warranties. The differences are explained below:

Carry With Confidence Guarantee

The Carry With Confidence™ Guarantee covers repairs of a functional nature for damage caused by common carriers. Additionally, this guarantee ensures that your product will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the bag. We will cover damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or materials. This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage or damage to contents. As with any travel gear product component parts, particularly moving parts, will show wear over time, and may eventually need to be refurbished or replaced. If such wear and tear occurs, we can provide you with generous options for repairing or refurbishing your product. The Carry With Confidence™ Guarantee applies to versions 3.0 and later of E-Motion® 360° and Mobilizer NXT®, version 2.0 and later of Werks Traveler™, and all versions of Architecture™.

Lifetime Warranty

Victorinox® Lifestyle Accessories 2.0, Altius™ 2.0, University, and all versions of Tallux™, Ground Force™ and Curb™ are guaranteed for the life of the product to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. We will cover any damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials. We have the right, at our option, to repair or replace the merchandise. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage. The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear. As with any travel gear product, component parts, particularly moving parts, will show wear over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced. If such wear and tear occurs, we can provide you with generous options for repairing or refurbishing your product.

Q. My luggage did not come with a registration card, where could I get one?

Q. How do I register my bag for the Swiss Tracker program?
A.

Select bags offer our free Swiss Tracker™ Program, which offers global lost bag tracking via a unique code and worldwide phone number on the bag's ID tray. The program is activated via a registration form in the bag.

How It Works

STEP 1: Purchase any of the eligible bags in the line (see list of eligible bags below) and send in your registration form which can be found in the front section of your bag. If you do not have a registration form, you can use the link below to submit a form electronically.

Once we receive your form, you are officially registered and your coverage begins.

Q. How do I register my Global ID Tracker luggage tag?
A.

This innovative luggage tag features a lifetime lost bag tracking service. Each tag contains a unique ID number and a worldwide phone number. In the event your lost bag is recovered, we will use the unique ID number to locate you and reunite you with your bag. The program is activated by either:

1) Completing and submitting the Global Tracking ID Tag Form on this site by following the below directions:

How It Works

STEP 1: Complete the form and submitting electronically.

Your information will be kept on file in our database to be used to reunite you with your bag in the event your bag is lost.

STEP 2: In the event your lost bag is recovered, we will contact you and arrange to re-unite you and your bag at no charge.
